A touch of nostalgia? This former summer residence of a Milanese family is now used by two parties. Its distinguishing feature is a clear building structure that remains in its original condition. Due to a longer period when the property was vacant, extensive renovation work became necessary, of which the radiators are the only visible change. The hidden paintings have been uncovered but not restored. Thanks to new windows, the arcade is now suitable for winter use. Each of the rooms boasts walls painted in different colours and the existing bathrooms have been spruced up with paint. In the kitchen, the spotted ceramic tiles add a cheerful touch to the house. Most of the furniture was sourced from second-hand shops or antique dealers. Only a few lamps are new design products.
