Greetings from Japan! A small snack bar with takeaway, implemented for the company Kaiten’s sushi production. All structural elements and pieces of furniture have been custom-made for this location. Shoulder-high benches in front of the glass windows create a sense of comfort. The colour orange acts as a highlight and is emphasised by the simple materials used for the other surfaces. Modern luminaires are reminiscent of Japanese Akari paper lamps. The ambient sound has been improved with an acoustic ceiling, adding to a sense of well-being.
