The miniscule sushi bar in the old town of Sursee is rather compact. The redesign encompassed the entire furniture, including the kitchen. The shape of the table with its conveyer belt is a result of the minimal spatial conditions, which called for an ideal utilisation of space. The patterned, textile stretched ceiling improves the acoustics and at the same time serves as an atmospheric decorative element. The orange wall directs the focus towards the sushi production, and is the real core of the restaurant.
